Exhibitor Registration:

    3. Please note: You must create a separate account for each registration.  Only a name and email address are required to create an account.  

Event Location:

The Starr Center, 185 Cambridge St, Boston, MA 02114.

Exhibit Hall Location:

The exhibit hall is in Breakout room C.   

Parking:  

Recommend Parking lot (closest) is Longfellow Garage – 60 Staniford St

MME Fruit Street Garage - 36-38 N Grove St, Boston, MA 02114

50 Stamford St (Small lot)

An app similar to Spot Hero can provide a lower cost alternative.

Exhibitor Furniture Provided:

(1) – 6 ft draped

(2) – Chairs

(1) – Waste basket 

Electricity:

If you require electricity, you are welcome to bring your own power strip/extension cord to plug into any outlet near your booth.

Breakdown:

  • Saturday, Oct 11 - after 7:30 pm
  • Sunday, Oct 12 - 9:00 am to 12:00 pm

Exhibit Hall Hours: 

The exhibit Hall will be open during the following times: 

Thursday, Oct 8 – 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm

  • 3:15 – 3:30 pm – Break
  • 4:45 – 6:00 pm – Opening Reception, Exhibit Hall

Friday, Oct 9 – 10:00 am – 5:00 pm

  • 10:15 – 10:45 am – Break
  • 12:45 – 1:45 pm – Lunch
  • 3:45 – 4:15 pm – Break

Saturday, Oct 10 – 11:00 am – 7:30 pm  

  • 11:00 – 11:15 am – Break
  • 12:15 – 1:15 pm - Lunch
  • 3:15 - 3:45 pm – Break
  • 6:30 – 7:30 pm – Poster Reception, Exhibit Hall 

Sunday, Oct 11 – Exhibit Hall Closed

We expect the highest traffic to be during the times in bullets which are during the Breaks, Lunches and Poster Reception.  You are welcome to arrive earlier during breakfast if desired. 

Exhibitor Reception Opportunities

Exhibitors are invited to attend all conference receptions for additional opportunities to connect and engage with attendees.

Thursday, October 8 | Opening Reception
4:45 PM–6:00 PM | Exhibit Hall
Join us for the Opening Reception in the exhibit hall, featuring light hors d’oeuvres and an opportunity to connect with attendees. 

Friday, October 9 | 50th President’s Reception
6:30 PM–9:00 PM | Russell Museum
The 50th President’s Reception will be held at the Russell Museum and will feature hors d’oeuvres and dinner service. Tickets are available for purchase during registration.

Saturday, October 10| Poster Reception
6:30 PM–7:30 PM | Exhibit Hall
The Poster Reception will take place in the exhibit hall and will feature light hors d’oeuvres, providing another opportunity to connect with attendees.

Shipping Instructions:

Is it recommended that you ship all exhibitor freight to your hotel room and bring with you to the event.  If you need to ship directly to the venue, please contact [email protected].
